Williamson County Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public-record indexes, search routes, and historical collections relevant to Williamson County, Tennessee. It does not host government records and is not connected with a records office, court, or other custodian.
2. Conditions of Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material located through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or injure another person
- Find a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Carry out identity theft, deception, or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions

- Disrupt the operation or security of the service
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency Role
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. Nothing on it, including results returned by linked tools, is a consumer report. Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other external services have their own policies and terms. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or information practices.

Original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a brief attributed excerpt is permitted. Republishing full pages or systematically copying content is not.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after that posting constitutes acceptance.
10. Restricting Access
We may block or limit access, without notice and at our discretion, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Tennessee Law
Tennessee law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. References to a government record do not create a right to a new compiled record. Tennessee citizens seeking non-exempt public records must direct a sufficiently specific request to the custodian under the Tennessee Public Records Act, T.C.A. §§10-7-501 et seq., especially §10-7-503.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
